Sam Jacobs

Sam is an accomplished Information Technology professional with expertise in system analysis, application development, integration, deployment, and application/web management across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Prior to its acquisition by Newtek Business Systems, he was the Director of Technology at IPM, the longest standing Citrix Platinum Partner on the East Coast. Sam is a Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, and Web Interface customization and integration expert. He holds Citrix CCP-N, CC-ShareFile, and Microsoft MCP-Azure certifications, and is a frequent contributor to the CUGC CTP blog. He has presented advanced customization sessions at BriForum and has led breakout sessions at Citrix Synergy on NetScaler and StoreFront customizations and integration. He is one of the top Citrix Support Forum contributors and has earned industry praise for the tools he has developed to make NetScaler, StoreFront, and Web Interface easier to manage for administrators and more intuitive for end users. Sam became a Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) in 2015.

Richard Faulkner

Richard has been a fervent supporter of End-User Computing for over two decades, primarily working on the reseller side, which enabled him to adopt new technologies early. Currently a Solutions Architect at Ferroque Systems based in Chattanooga, TN, he thrives on sharing his knowledge about technology and assisting IT staff in optimizing digital workspaces for employees. Originally from New York City, Rich has lived across the US and served as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy on submarines before transitioning to an IT career.

Chris Chinault

Chris Chinault is a seasoned Cloud Architect and Engineer with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformations across cloud and on-premise environments. Initially on a path toward physical therapy as a career, Chris made a pivotal decision to shift his focus to technology, where he quickly found his passion. His career has since spanned roles in help desk support, hardware, networking, and engineering, leading to his expertise in enterprise-level solutions. Certified as an MCSE and Cloud Architect, Chris has played a critical role in delivering scalable, secure solutions for complex environments, particularly within government cloud deployments requiring FedRAMP authorization. Chris’s solutions architecture approach centers on understanding client needs and translating technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. He has witnessed the evolution of the industry from product-specific knowledge to holistic, client-centered design. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, music, and cooking.
